Welcome to the only program you will need to get you From Pull Up to Muscle Up
This program is designed beginners looking to try out calisthenics. Be warned. Once you get hooked, you may never go back.
If you are here, you are likely:
- bored of the gym or no longer seeing progress
- seeking a new challenge
- interested in gaining control over your body weight
- wanting to look & feel strong
Goal
This program is focused on improving upper body strength and building foundations for skills such as:
- Muscle Up
- Handstand
- L-Sit
In order to begin this program, you should have the following (as a single max attempt when you are fresh):
- 4 Pull Ups (full range of motion, semi strict)
- 10 Push Ups
- 6 Dips (full range of motion)
